A lei determina que a produção de material didático relativo aos direitos humanos e à prevenção da violência contra a mulher deve ser adequada a cada nível de ensino.

O ministro da Educação, Camilo Santana, defendeu que é preciso começar a discussão sobre a prevenção à violência contra as mulheres, com as crianças e jovens estudantes dentro das escolas brasileiras.

Para Santana, a nova geração será formada com base no respeito, na equidade e na justiça. “Estamos afirmando um projeto de país. Um Brasil onde meninas podem estar sem medo, onde mulheres podem ocupar todos os espaços e onde o conhecimento seja instrumento de libertação e não de exclusão.”

“Não há futuro possível sem a garantia plena de direitos para meninas e mulheres. A educação é o caminho mais poderoso para transformar essa realidade”, disse o ministro da Educação, Camilo Santana.

Instituições públicas

Durante a cerimônia Educação pelo Fim da Violência, na Universidade de Brasília, foi assinado o Protocolo de Intenções para Prevenção e Enfrentamento da Violência contra as Mulheres e Acolhimento nas instituições públicas de ensino superior e Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica.

O documento estabelece orientações para que instituições de ensino públicas não sejam omissas em eventuais situações de violência de gênero no ambiente acadêmico.

A ministra das Mulheres, Márcia Lopes, classificou como importantes as medidas de proteção às meninas e mulheres, no âmbito da educação, porque vão do ensino básico ao superior. Ela citou o pedagogo Paulo Freire. “A educação não transforma o mundo. A educação muda as pessoas e as pessoas transformam o mundo.”

A ministra ainda defendeu que os currículos e os planos pedagógicos de cada curso de graduação e de pós-graduação abordem conteúdos de combate e enfrentamento de todo tipo de violência contra as mulheres.

“Imagine daqui a 4, 5, 6 anos, como sairão os profissionais que atuarão em todos os lugares, como unidades básicas de saúde, escolas, Cras [Centro de Referência de Assistência Social], Creas [Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social]. Isso vale para todas as profissões deste país.”

O ministro Camilo Santana explicou que o documento simboliza uma construção coletiva que nasce a partir da escuta, da ciência e da experiência das instituições de ensino.

“Reafirmamos que nossas universidades, institutos federais e redes de ensino são espaços de produção de conhecimento, mas também devem ser espaços seguros, acolhedores e livres de qualquer forma de violência ou discriminação”, enfatizou.

Santana anunciou que lançará, em breve, um edital para apoiar a criação de cuidotecas nas universidades federais. “São espaços de cuidado e acolhimento para crianças que permitirão que mães, estudantes, professoras e trabalhadoras possam estudar, trabalhar e permanecer na universidade com dignidade.”

Mulheres Mil

No conjunto de ações voltadas à prevenção e ao enfrentamento da violência contra as mulheres, os dois ministérios assinaram o acordo de cooperação técnica para a ampliação de vagas do Programa Mulheres Mil, coordenado pelo MEC.

A política pública tem a missão de elevar a escolaridade de mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade socioeconômica.

O programa também tem o objetivo promover a inclusão socioprodutiva e a autonomia das mulheres por meio de cursos de qualificação profissional.

Os presentes ainda assistiram ao trailer do filme Mulheres Mil, produzido pela pasta. A obra retrata o impacto do programa na vida de cinco mulheres, suas famílias e comunidade.

As iniciativas integram as ações do Pacto Nacional Brasil Contra o Feminicídio, lançado pelo presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, em fevereiro.. I like to be real. A ANPD destacou que, desde a publicação do ECA Digital, monitora as iniciativas adotadas por 37 empresas que ofertam produtos ou serviços de tecnologia da informação direcionados a crianças e adolescentes no Brasil, ou que tenham acesso provável por esse público.

Inteligência artificial

A regulamentação do ECA Digital estabelece a revisão regular das ferramentas de inteligência artificial (IA), para assegurar o uso seguro por crianças e adolescentes. Também deve ser garantida a possibilidade de desabilitar funcionalidades não essenciais ao funcionamento básico dos sistemas.

A ferramenta deve deixar claro para os usuários e responsáveis que eles estão interagindo com uma máquina e como as respostas são geradas por ela.

Privacidade

A regulamentação do ECA Digital exige que os procedimentos de aferição de idade garantam o respeito à proteção de dados pessoais e à privacidade máxima de usuários abaixo dos 18 anos.

Está expresso na lei que os mecanismos de aferição de idade não podem comprometer a privacidade ou instituir mecanismos massivos de vigilância das pessoas.

O diretor Iagê Miola acrescentou que a legislação visa promover uma transformação cultural, incentivando o uso consciente do digital.
